My question can be investigated through investigation. There are a variety of resources i can use, including college journals, news articles, and primary sources such as teens who drink, and doctors.

What do you expect to find?

I expect to find very alarming facts and statistics about underaged drinking but i also expect the research to prove my point.

Why am i doing this research?

I am doing this research to gain a greater understanding of a topic that is relevant to my generation. In addition, I can relate to the topic because I have been exposed to it and I have seen what drinking has done to people i knew who used to have a lot of potential.

What is the disciplinary protocol for teens caught with alcohol?
What treatment options are available to teen alcoholics?
Does alcohol have any health benefits, even if it is virtually insignificant? (appeal to opposing view point)

Am i interested enough in the idea or topic to investigate it?

I am very interested in this topic. I have been exposed to underaged drinking and I have seen people throw their lives away because they chose to drink and do drugs instead of attending classes. I have lost a lot of friends because i do not want to associate myself with people like that. I have a personal connection to my topic.
